Three exemplary members of Somerset County 4-H have won at the Rutgers New Jersey 4-H statewide Dog Photo Contest held this year. The contest, which was open to all New Jersey 4-H members, invited youth to submit entries in five distinct classes including: My Dog and Me, Classic Art, Costume, Trick Dog, and Beed Traits.
