Each club offers at least one monthly business meeting plus additional (optional) activities. The members with officer jobs (club president, VP, secretary, treasurer, reporter, ...) conduct the meeting - with the help of the adult club leaders.

Here are some useful tools to help promote club events or happenings, create flyers and promotional materials for your club, or just to share what your club has been up to during the 4-H year.

  • National 4-H Website

    Access all kinds of marketing toolkits, images, and logo assets by creating a free account on the National 4-H website.

  • Canva.com
    Great tool to create flyers, posters, presentations and more. Free account is all you need. Once you design something for distribution to the public, please send it to your office liaison for approval before distributing.

  • Spotlight On Blog & Social Media

    What has your club been up to? We are always looking for club reports and photos for our website, blogs, and social media. If you have a request for something to be featured on our pages, please get in touch with us at SomersetCounty4H@co.somerset.nj.us.

  • Flyers

    When creating a flyer for your club/club event, be descriptive, specific, and creative! Remember to put all details such as the date/time, address, cost (if any), and contact info/important links. To get some ideas please see this example flyer below!

    Fun online tool for quiz bowls, game nights, or just for fun at the club meetings (to engage members, learn and have a great time together).

  • blooket.com

    This game or quiz tool is similar to kahoot but includes different ways to play which can make it even more fun. No account needed to play. Many games and quizzes available, or set up your own.
