Somerset County 4-H is proud to congratulate the recipients of the Leadership award. In order to be eligible, youth members must identify and understand roles, attitudes, tasks and functions that are necessary for effective leadership. Seek guidance in leadership development, which will provide opportunities to develop self-confidence. Strengthen local 4-H unites by becoming involved in leadership responsibilities and encouraging other youth to do so.  Actively participate in program planning, development and implementation, and help recruit members and leaders.
