Written by Calvin Embleton (Marketing and Communications)
Somerset County 4-H is proud to congratulate the recipients of the Personal Development award. In order to be eligible, youth members must achieve their personal goals, extend beyond personal limitations, and become a well-rounded individual.
Natasha Mody
Natasha Mody came into The Clover Ensemble as a quiet young 4th grader standing very close to her big sister Krishna. She has grown into an extraordinary leader who shaped what the Clover Ensemble is today. She takes initiative, leads, mentors, and gets things done with her amazing smile and enthusiasm. It has been a pleasure to watch her grow into the accomplished woman she is today.
Aditi Dhara
Aditi was my very first prepper and has risen to be an energetic and creative force in The Clover Ensemble. It has been a pleasure to watch Aditi go from acting out short stories to acting varied parts on stage, to performing a moving reading of The Lottery at our virtual Haunted Ghost Tour. Aditi has made sets, costumes, and displays, and even a stage managed a performance during a thunderstorm. She continues to learn and grow and be dedicated to 4H throughout our digital age.
Jiya Mody
Jiya was once a little girl listening at the door of the Green Room while her sisters did theatre in The Clover Ensemble. Jiya has grown to serve as lead actor, costume designer, display coordinator and now producer/director of our new virtual film project. She continues to learn and grow as a 4Her and a theatre person and we are very grateful for her enthusiasm and leadership.
Dale Brochinsky
Dale organizes rehearsals, leads the teach and activities for our Zoom meetings, has co directed both the Virtual Summer Kick Off Talent Show, The Haunted Ghost Tour and continues to direct our rescheduled production of Mary Poppins. Dale shapes the Clover Ensemble. Dale is outstanding, extraordinary, dedicated and we could NOT have continues to survive virtually without him.
Cody Booker
During the 2019 - 2020 year, Cody consistently attended meetings, contributed to our regular meeting announcement of photography news, shared his railroad photographs, and offered information on how those pictures were created to help other members improve their skills. He is also flexible, a good speaker, and willingly accepts new tasks.
