Somerset County 4-H is proud to congratulate the recipients of the Public Speaking Award. In order to be eligible, youth members need to Recognize the need for obtaining pertinent information on a given topic. Learn about organization of materials to be presented in a speech. Develop a pleasing personal appearance before an audience. Acquire the ability to speak convincingly in public. Must have given a presentation on the county and state level this year.


Hannah Golden

Rutgers University hosted the 2020 State 4-H Presentations Program. To qualify for this State Event 4-H members must be in the 8th- 13th grade and have received an excellent rating in the County 4-H Public Presentation Contest.

We are proud that you gave a State 4-H Public Presentation in 2020, and for that we are awarding you the Public Speaking County Medal.

Your 4-H work has been admirable, and we are so proud to recognize you and your accomplishments.
