SOMERSET COUNTY 4-H FURRY FRIENDS PRESENT: RABBIT, CAVY, AND SMALL ANIMAL SHOW

Entrants are encouraged to bring your own camping style chairs.

DOORS OPEN: 8:30 am

All animals must pass through Health Check

“DAY OF SHOW” ENTRIES MUST BE IN NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM. Judging to start at

approximately 10:00 AM, or as soon as day of show entries are completed.

The class schedule will not be final until all Day of Show entries are in on the day of the show.

ENTRY FEES:

Pre-Registered (Email) - $ 3.00 per animal, regardless of breed, type, class, or size.

Day of Show Entries: - $ 4.00 per animal, regardless of breed, type, class, or size.

Reminder: Pre-Registration for all email entries closes 11:59pm on February 14th, 2023, and no later.

After that they are considered “Day of Show” Entries.

PAYMENT:

CASH OR CHECKS MADE PAYABLE TO: SOMERSET COUNTY 4-H ASSOCIATION

REGISTRATION: Phone entries will not be accepted. Day of show entries will be accepted for a $1.00 extra per class / per animal fee. Day of show entries must be in showroom and registered by 9:00 AM to be eligible to show animals at this show. There will be a $1.00 fee for day of show substitutions. Substitution animals must be the same breed and class.

All returned checks will be subject to a $ 40.00 insufficient funds fee.

SCRATCHES on Day of Show: NO REFUNDS; NO EXCEPTIONS

REFRESHMENTS: Due to COVID-19, there be a limited food menu available for purchase for breakfast and lunch. A limited amount of beverages will be available for purchase.
