You must already be enrolled and approved in 4HOnline
You must be in grades 5-7
The race to land humans on Mars is on! In this four part virtual series presented by Somerset, Ocean, and Morris 4-H, youth in grades 5-7 will:
explore the red planet and our current knowledge of its features
examine some of the challenges of humans visiting Mars
consider possible solutions to those challenges
4-H Teen Science Ambassadors will guide participants through four activities utilizing the 4-H Mars Base Camp kits (kits will be provided for free to each participant). Youth will also be invited to attend special "meet and greet" event with Mars scientists currently studying these challenges.
