A Premier Teen Leadership Experience to Foster Civil Discourse and Community Action in Maryland! This year the Issue Forum will take place virtually.
Ask a 4-H friend to join too; we are looking to have about 2-4 youth ages 14-19 years old along with 1-2 adult UME volunteers from your County or Baltimore City. The purpose of this forum is to build connections, develop leadership, and learn ways to engage in social justice and create community change. And in true 4-H fashion, we'll also have some fun! After your team attends the Issue Forum, you will go back to your community to engage more youth and adults to implement a plan that addresses a water access or quality issue.
